The building possesses historical charm. My room offered a comfortable bed. The provided shower was excellent with great water pressure. I also appreciated that the owner allowed me to leave my bags after checkout. It provided peace of MIND.

disappointing details in a quiet location
constant traffic
The fridge was noisy, constantly cutting in and out all night. This made it difficult to sleep. traffic noise was noticeable too. i found the noise really frustrating.

the building appear lovely in a great part of town far from any disturbance. there were a couple of pubs a short walk away, so that worked fine! the neighborhood feel safe enough to walk, i find that really important. it was overall a pleasant experience.
i arrive when the weather was snowy, and the steps had slush. i wish i had known ahead of time that there was no one available to assist with the stairs. they have no food on the premises.

the instructions were very clear. the location was perfect. it was near the aviva stadium where we wanted to go. the owner was very friendly and chatty, i met her as we checked out.
a noisy empty fridge cut in and out all night. there was traffic noise. a bedroom floor was very slippery where there was no rug, i almost fell over twice. the sink did not drain properly.

the staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. luggage storage is available to allow touring after check out. it has the ability to return to pick up luggage before leaving on an evening flight.
